Em Lisboa formou-se primeiro o cozinheiro, s\u00f3 depois o cheirista. No seu primeiro restaurante em Cascais (2004-2008), come\u00e7ou a brincar aos casamentos. Entre o copo e o prato. O vinho e a comida. Usando as imperfei\u00e7\u00f5es, as improbabilidades, tornando este amor nunca plat\u00f3nico, antes desconcertante. Nenhum, nunca, era mais que o outro. Sempre se completam, mesmo (e sobretudo) nas assimetrias.<\/p>\n
Nesta rela\u00e7\u00e3o de igualdade, fez-se sumidade. De tanto beber, o seu cora\u00e7\u00e3o despontou. Provou, aprendeu, falou, apaixonou-se m\u00faltiplas vezes. Multi-enamorou-se. Multifacetou-se. Redescobriu-se. Destas paix\u00f5es que se lhe entranharam nasceram muitas misturas. Do amadurecimento despontaram convic\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
Ao fim de muitos, muitos, dias, este homem criou muitos l\u00edquidos. Alguns receberam pr\u00e9mios: o rum Refugees foi Bronze na “International Wine and Spirits Competition” de 2019 e a cerveja Bicho do Mato, Prata no “Concours International de Lyon” de 2020. A “Revista de Vinhos” destacou v\u00e1rias das suas co-produ\u00e7\u00f5es: Bicho do Mato (vinho branco 2017), produzido com Dirk Niepoort no Douro, foi considerado um dos \u201cTopos de Gama Brancos\u201d e \u201cAltamente Recomendado\u201d em 2020; M\u00f3 (vinho tinto 2013) tamb\u00e9m com a Niepoort, foi inclu\u00eddo na lista \u201cO Melhor de Portugal\u201d (com 18 valores em 20) e o Encurralado (vinho branco 2019), produzido com a Azores Wine Company, foi distinguido com o Selo \u201cAltamente Recomendado 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n
